After qualifying from the West Yorkshire round of this Yazoo sponsored national mini hockey competition, Ben Rhydding U10 boys and girls attended the Yorkshire round and played superbly through five games to become Champions.

Ben Rhydding’s under 10 girls enjoyed great success in the Yorkshire U-10 leagues last Sunday. The A team finished top of their league on near maximum points, thanks to some great team play and individual skills.

Under 14 A start with a clean sweep

The Under 14A Boys team started with three emphatic victories at the KC Stadium in Hull.
Winning 8-0 against Thirsk and 10-0 against Rotehrham they wrapped up the day with a 7-0 win over the combined Bridlington/Chapeltown team, with all team members scoring at least one goal.

BRHC U14 ‘B’ Team - first outing this year is big success

On the first Yorkshire Youth League tournament of the season, Ben Rhydding U14 ‘B’ team travelled to Doncaster to face the ‘A’ teams of Doncaster, Kirklees & Slazengers and with the squad of 15 reduced to the bare 11 due to injury or illness, it was going to be a stern test of character.
