Ben Rhydding 5ths bounced back after losing to the leaders last week with a great win. All 3 goals in the 1st half were scored from their well drilled short corner routine, with Mike Nixon dragging the ball out to Alistair Woodhead. The 1st 2 goals Nixon scored, with the second a lovely swith move using Mark Ketteman,Woodhead scoring the 3rd with a lovely strike.
In the 2nd half The 5ths continued tp press a good Lincoln side and Michael Portnell soon got on the score sheet with 2 well taken goals. Top scorer in the club Martin Higgitt had a lean day in front of goal and bagged the 6th with Woodhead clinically scoring the 7th.
A good win with the whole team putting lots of effort in and moving the ball well.
