Ben Rhydding 5th X1 played leaders Scunthorpe and for the 2nd week running had good scoring chances but the Scunthorpe keeper was in inspiring form to thwart Alistair Woodhead and Mike Nixon.
Scunthorpe against the run of play scored a good solo goal from their centre forward and got a 2nd from a short corner in the 2nd half.
Man of the match was a close decision between the hard working Jono McMillan in midfield and goalkeeper Gavin Atkinson, the latter just won the award with some excellent saves.
