BRHC 5ths played their arch rivals Doncaster 5ths,and in a hard fought match drew 1-1.In the first half Rhydding were the better team,which was especially pleasing as the match was played on grass,and Tom Kendall,Matt Timperley,Chris Sunderland the youger members all had outstanding games,they were the front three.But for a bit better finishing BRHC should have been 3 up.In the second half Doncaster came back into the game with their experienced ex 1st teamers,applied alot of pressure on the Rhydding defence,which despite one deadball lapse at a short corner held firm.This is the second league match v Doncaster this season and shows the team has improved its performance,the first game being a 0-0 but Rhydding defended 22 short corners and had 1 attack.Even with the pressure on Rhydding had chances to win,as the 1st half of the season comes to a close Rhydding are lying in 4th spot,with a match in hand.
