Another double header weekend for Rhydding, this time in sunshine rather than storms. A game between top and bottom of the league you would have thought might be a drubbing, but Hallam produced a valiant performance that nearly tripped Rhydding up. Despite having the ball for most of the first half, Rhydding were unable to turn possession into points and even a flurry of corners were fruitlessly off target. The mood was low as Rhydding went into the half time break at 0-0 and beginning to wonder what they needed to do to score. It took 67 minutes for Rhydding to finally claim the winner courtesy of some goal mouth tenacity by Will Musgrave. Still top of the league.
