4th Dec 2021 Ladies 5th v Wakefield(Away) 0 - 0 draw
This was a very even game, played in great spirit and BR were unlucky not to score from the numerous short corners they won.
The defence was solid throughout and Emily Southern (Eeks) was outstanding, keeping us in the game right to the end.
The midfield and forwards played good passing hockey in atrocious conditions. Elisa Powell and and Laura Pitts linked well on the right and Bethany Wilson remained strong in the centre and ran and ran!
This was a hard fought draw against second in the league Wakefield. Players came off the pitch extremely wet but delighted with the result which has kept us off the bottom of the table.
