Sunday v Leeds Uni 5s – a different team and different outcome sadly. A 7-2 loss which doesn’t reflect the game.
Again youngsters came into the team and Matilda in goals was an absolute star – incredible. Especially as we conceded within a couple of minutes and she could have felt deflated. She definitely kept us in the game. We once again just kept giving the ball back to the opposition who had a superb press! Helen is a dynamo in midfield and we definitely benefitted by having Bethany and Elise back with us. Thanks to KP for managing.
