BR2s came away with all the points after a shaky start where Lindum used all their attacking pace to good effect. A penalty flick, awarded after Benedikz and Terry combined to dispossess the Lindum forward too robustly, was dispatched to put BR 1-0 down after 15 minutes. Once again Foster controlled the midfield and Ibison the defence as Rhydding steadied, then started to take control. Murgatroyd's waist high finish at the far post was just reward, and well timed as half-time arrived before the restart.
The second half was all about Rhydding's attacking play. Hagan put in another MoM performance supported by Powell's hard work. McHugh scored through the keeper's legs before Hagan scored quickly to put Rhydding in control.
Despite a late flurry from Lindum the Rhydding defence stood firm for a good away win.
