23rd Feb 2019 Mens 2nd v Sheffield Hallam 5 (Away) 7 - 1 win
We went 1-0 down early on from Sheffield winning a short corner.
Shortly after this Jack Sturgeon scored from a cross into the D which he slotted past the keeper. Tilly managed to score from two short corners where he placed in the bottom left corner where the keeper was clearly weak.
They didn�t have much going forward due to weak aerials and poorly placed passes which were picked up quickly by the midfield . The defence did their jobs well, especially Lee who had a great game and won man of the match.
Ollie Burton managed to steal a goal from Tom Burton with a deflection in the air just putting it past the keeper but Tom managed to get one for himself. Danny cleared up at a short corner, managing to score from a rebound off the keeper. He also scored a flick.
Whilst it was a high scoring game it could have been a lot higher as Josh managed to miss multiple perfect chances with appalling attempts at shots which didn�t even put the keeper under any pressure.
