For three quarters of the match, Ben Rhydding picked up where they left off last week, unable to complete passes and putting themselves under extreme pressure. Once again they are thankful to excellent keeping by Jacob Smithson, not much he could do to the ones they did score.
Why it all changed in the final quarter, who knows, but finally the home side began to play some constructive hockey which resulted in goals for George Alexander and Max Bradley. Final score 2-6
Next weeks trip to top the table Airedale will be tough but if the team can pick up from where they left off, that would be a great place to start.!
