Ben Rhydding Hockey Club – Kit Supplier Update

Dear Members,

We would like to share an important update regarding our club kit arrangements.

After many years of valued service, our relationship with Duncan at Dobson and Robinson for the supply of sportswear will be concluding on 30th June 2026.

As a club, we have been fortunate to benefit from Duncan’s dedication and support over generations of players. His contribution to Ben Rhydding Hockey Club has been significant, and we extend our sincere thanks for everything he has done. With Duncan planning to retire in the near future, and the club looking ahead to a fresh brand and identity, this feels like the right time for both parties to move forward.

Looking ahead, we are excited to confirm that there will be a new kit supplier and a new brand for next season. Work is already well underway behind the scenes, with a team of volunteers dedicating a great deal of time and effort to ensure the new arrangements are the best possible fit for the club. We ask for your patience while this process concludes, and we will share full details of the new agreement in early summer.

In the meantime, Duncan will be holding an end-of-season sale starting this weekend, including BRHC-branded items. These will continue to be available, while stocks last, until 30th June 2026. After this date BRHC kit will no longer be available to purchase from Dobson & Robinson.

Kit Supplier Update FAQ

We have had a number of questions relating to this update and will attempt to answer the here:

Will the colour of the kit be changing?

The colour of the kit is not being changed.

Will I be able to use kit that I buy in the current sale next season?

Yes you will be able to use your current kit and any kit that you purchase in the sale next season.

Will there be a crossover period?

Yes there will be a crossover period. Full details will be provided when the new agreement is announced.

Who will the new supplier be?

We are currently in final detailed contract discussions and will confirm who the new supplier is as soon as these are concluded.
